Publisher-Direct Retail Orders
You can order directly from us by using the "Add to Cart" buttons on the book detail pages. Our payment services provider is PayPal, but you don't even need a PayPal account - just provide your payment information and your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
If you don't have access to our website, or would like to instead order another way, you can place your order by phone, fax, or mail. Order forms are available here or on the back pages of any of our books.

When ordering publisher-direct: Channel Lake, Inc. does not charge shipping & handling for any order shipping to the continentual U.S. Please contact us first if you would like to place an order to be shipped internationally, and we will provide you with shipping rates. Orders shipped to New York will incur a charge of 8.250% sales tax.

Tourist Town Guides are available wherever retail books are sold. If your favorite bookstore does not carry the title you are interested in, you can make a special order with them. You can also order through popular online bookstores such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
Wholesale Orders
Channel Lake, Inc.'s books are available though numerous popular wholesalers including Baker & Taylor, Ingram, Quality Books, and others. Please contact your wholesaler for details on availability. If your wholesaler does not carry our books, or if you are interested in becoming a wholesaler, please contact us for more information.
Returns Policy
All books ordered publisher-direct are subject to our Returns Policy, as follows:
This is Channel Lake, Inc.'s general return policy for books ordered publisher-direct. If you purchased books from another seller, this policy does not apply.
- If you wish to return a book for a refund of the purchase price, send it to Channel Lake, Inc., P.O. Box 1771, New York, NY, 10156-1771.
- Channel Lake, Inc. will accept returns for books within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Copies are not acceptable.
- Channel Lake, Inc. will not accept returns for any books that are out of print.
- Channel Lake, Inc. will issue a check for the amount of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Channel Lake, Inc. does not issue credit. It may take 4-6 weeks or longer to process the return.
- Books must be in re-saleable condition. Books that do not arrive in re-saleable condition will not be accepted for a refund, and will be refused payment. Only Channel Lake, Inc. may determine if the book is in an acceptable condition.
- Books that arrive poorly packaged will be immediately refused at the Post Office.
- If any of these conditions are not met, the book will be returned to the sender.
